For at least 21 days, I’m starting a challenge as of this Monday (August 2nd): I won’t consume processed sugar, And I won’t use social media on my phone (Especially Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) I will keep you updated on my progress.
I was mostly successful with the no-social challenge: I deleted Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn apps from my phone. And I rarely visited those on my phone.
I was not able to achieve the same success level for the no-sugar challenge, but it's better than before the challenge though.
